By accessing or using BrantzR.ai's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Description of Services
BrantzR.ai provides AI-powered outbound calling, lead qualification, appointment setting, and follow-up sequence services. Service details are defined in your individual service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
- Providing accurate contact lists and qualifying criteria
- Ensuring all contacts have given appropriate consent for outreach
- Maintaining compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Promptly paying all fees as outlined in your service agreement
- Notifying BrantzR.ai of any changes that affect service delivery
Limitations of Liability
BrantzR.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. BrantzR.ai reserves the right to immediately suspend services for non-payment or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BrantzR.ai operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
